Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Custom-made, altered, or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
   

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

1. Email us at boonkardigital@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return or exchange.

2. Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our team.
    

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for returning items.

• For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
   

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• For prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your account based on your bank's processing time. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Note: Refunds are not applicable for custom-made or final-sale items.
